A place where vineyard science and patient winemaking turns every tasting into a moment of discovery

Founded on Dr. Edson's scientific legacy, we farm every acre ourselves with the deep rigor of cold-climate viticulture. "Estate" here means exactly what it says.

We grow grapes most wineries won't touch: Auxerrois, Gewürztraminer, Siegerrebe. They love our climate and give us something genuinely different to pour.

Our reds spend 30 to 48 months in barrels and years more in the library. The best version of a wine is rarely the first one.

We'll meet you wherever you are, thirty-second story or deep-dive nerd session. Wine should pull people in, not make them feel small.

Every bottle is a snapshot of one growing season on one piece of land beside Lake Leelanau. Glacial soils and a moderating lake conspire to make something you can't replicate anywhere else.
