2017 Tempesta
Composition
42% Cabernet Franc, 17% Regent, 17% field blend of red varieties,16% Merlot and 8% Marquette
Production Notes
Each wine included in this blend is fermented on the skins for several weeks before pressing. All of the wines have completed malolactic fermentation and are aged in French and American oak barrels. After choosing the select few barrels for this wine, it is blended and returned to barrels for further aging. In total, our 2017 Tempesta spent three years in barrels.
Cabernet Franc 2017
Barrel‐aged for 39 months, our Cabernet Franc has a refined oak fragrance of campfire, ground coffee and cherry wood. Flavors of pomegranate and tart cherries open up the wine, while notes of forest floor and peppercorn round out the finish.

Production Notes
This wine was fermented on the skins for two weeks. Prelude yeast, which mimics a wild fermentation, was used during the first five days of the fermentation. This wine was blended from four lots aged for over three years in both French and American oak barrels.

A medium bodied red, smooth tannins and an earthy complexity make for a food friendly wine that will age well for many years to come.
Composition 96% Blaufränkisch, 14% Cabernet Franc
Production Notes
Harvested in late October, this fruit was run through a flash détente machine in order to extract color and grape skin tannins. The wine was aged for 2 years in French and American oak.

Pinot Grigio Chardonnay

2020 Pinot Grigio
Crafted from our ripest fruit of each vintage, this Pinot Grigio is bursting with bright fruit flavors. Tangerine, pear and white peach notes waft off the nose and swirl on the palate.
2018 Auxerrois Reserve
Aged in neutral French oak barrels just long enough to gain richness without sacrificing the tropical fruit flavors.
