Winemaking Process: Harvested in the cool embrace of late October, our Blaufränkisch grapes underwent a meticulous flash détente process for optimal color and tannin extraction. The wine was lovingly aged for 3.5 years in a combination of French and American oak and bottled unfiltered to preserve its authentic character.
