Terms and Conditions

• Members must be 21 years or older.

• Memberships are for a minimum of one year. Memberships cancelled before one year are subject to a

  $75 cancellation fee.

• Wine Club cancellations must be notified to the winery at least 30 days prior to next wine release.

• Wine Club membership automatically renews.

• Substitutions to Winemaker preselected wines are allowed. Club orders are not able to be adjusted after credit card billing date. If we do not receive order edits by the announced deadline, the Winemaker selected package will be automatically chosen and your card on file will be charged for that amount.

• Credit Cards are charged automatically prior to Wine Club shipments. Dates will be provided in Wine Club Selection email.

• You may pick up your club selection at our Tasting Room or have wines shipped to you.

• Signature of an adult 21 or over is required upon delivery. Club Member is responsible for providing a delivery address where a signature may be obtained during UPS delivery hours.

• Due to limited storage space in the tasting room, pick-up wine club allocations will be shipped to the address on file at member’s expense if left at the tasting room for more than 2 months. Bel Lago Vineyards cannot guarantee availability of selected wines if Wine Club allocation is not picked up within 3 weeks of release date. Substitutions will be made at the discretion of Bel Lago Vineyards.
