Led by the talented Sommelier and Foodie, Channing Sutton, guests embraced the art of soup making while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of our historic farm at the Bel Lago North Farm!

The event kicked off with guests diving into the world of soup making, crafting two delectable recipes: Vegetarian Peanut Soup and White Chicken Chili. Under Channing's expert guidance, participants chopped, stirred, and simmered their way to culinary bliss, creating flavors that tantalized the taste buds.

But the fun didn't stop there! As the soups simmered, guests were treated to a unique wine pairing experience. With two 3oz wine pairings carefully selected to complement the flavors of each soup, everyone had the opportunity to enhance their culinary journey with the perfect sip.

As the aroma of simmering soups filled the air, guests had the chance to explore the historic farm or simply unwind by the crackling fire. Whether strolling through the picturesque surroundings or cozying up with a glass of wine, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

At the end of the event, guests not only enjoyed a delicious bowl of each soup but also had the opportunity to take some soup home, ensuring that the culinary adventure would continue beyond the farm.
