Grapes harvested late in the season tend to showcase more richness and unique fruit profile. This wine is made in the classic style and showcases aroma of guava, honeysuckle, and includes a floral component. Robust flavors of tropical fruit and white peach. Soft and delicate. Enjoy as an aperitif or with your favorite dessert.
Production Notes
Ripe fruit was harvested and fermented until it reached the desired sweetness. The fermentation process was stopped by chilling the wine to a temperature below freezing to help retain the sweetness and fresh fruit flavor.
